About Me

The leader who bridges
strategy and execution.

Ron Orrick built his reputation solving the problems others called impossible, not because he possesses some rare gift, but because he never accepted the premise. As an engineer in networking, software development, and storage, he was the person colleagues brought their hardest challenges to. That conviction carried him from the bench to chief architect, and eventually to leading software development teams and broader IT functions.

When a global advertising company needed someone to oversee technology across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, Ron moved to Germany to do exactly that. He returned to serve in multiple CIO roles before becoming CEO of a credit union, guiding the organization through a designed and successful merger. Consulting was a natural next step, not a departure, but the clearest expression yet of a career built on walking into complex organizations and finding a way through.

He is married and the father of six, with kids ranging from seventeen to thirty-three. He is currently completing a PhD in Developmental Psychology, drawn by the conviction that has shaped his entire career: that the most consequential problems live at the intersection of human development, equity, and organizational life. He believes more is possible than most organizations think. His work is finding out how much.
